DIRECTIONS
Mix 1 sachet into 200mLs of water. Can also be stirred into juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, yoghurt, porridge or food/beverage of your choice. Heat stable. Take 1 sachet at a time, 1-3 sachets per day.
