If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Careline will offer a full refund on the original payment method provided that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product and packaging are unopened, and any manufacturer seals have not been broken.
  • The product has not been used or damaged
  • The product does not fall under the following categories:
    • Vitamins and Supplements
    • Baby/Infant Formula
    • Any product advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for change of mind items after the relevant returns period stated above.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for Change of Mind Returns. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Items which do not satisfy the above conditions of return for our Change of Mind Returns will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you have changed your mind about your purchase and would like to order a different product, please follow the Change of Mind Returns policy and select your desired product from the website in a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods Returns

Careline will accept product returns provided that: the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. You will be entitled to a replacement or full refund for a faulty product.

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further details. You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

Careline reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

If you believe the incorrect product has been sent to you, please contact our Customer Service Team with the details of your order and we can resolve the issue for you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your return will be processed in approximately 21 working days.

The length of time it takes to process the credit to your original payment method may also depend on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for Change of Mind Returns. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

In the case of shipping costs for Faulty Goods Returns, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Canceling orders

An order can only be cancelled prior to dispatch or up to 24 hours after the order is placed, whichever occurs sooner. We pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel your order please contact us immediately using our Contact Form before the goods have left our warehouse.

You will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched. After that point, you will need to accept the delivery and return the order to us in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy above.
