Please be aware that free shipping is capped at $60 and must be reasonable. For special shipping requests, please contact us directly. We reserve the right to utilize Sendle's recommended shipping methods.

All goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and are delivered by our partner carriers.

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. 

Please note shipping can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.

Customs and Duties

If customs duties or taxes are payable, the local postal service or customs authority will contact the recipient directly with instructions for payment. Depending on the destination country, payment may be required:

• Online before the parcel is released
• In person when collecting the parcel
• Upon delivery
