Australia
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING with code FREESHIP. Shipping charges for orders under $100 will be calculated during checkout.
Please be aware that free shipping is capped at $60 and must be reasonable. For special shipping requests, please contact us directly. We reserve the right to utilize Sendle's recommended shipping methods.
Please note, discount codes cannot be stacked so only one can be applied at checkout.
All goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and are delivered by our partner carriers.
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak the shipping process may experience some delays.
Please note shipping can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
Please note that our Sendle shipping option is unable to do PO box delivery.
International
We offer international shipping! Shipping rates to your country will be calculated at check out.

Customs and Duties
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
The following information is taken from Sendle's website.
Many Sendle parcels won’t require any import duties to be paid, because they’ll fall under the country’s low-value threshold but this will be dependent on the destination country.
For example, the low-value threshold in the U.S. is currently set at $800 U.S. (approximately $1000 AUD), but for Germany, it’s 22 EUR (approximately $33 AUD).
If duties do need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for that country will most likely get in touch with the receiver of the parcel to organise it with them directly.

- Paying online before collecting the parcel
- Paying in-person when collecting the parcel
- Paying upon the delivery of the parcel
